  • Cayuga Lake Canoga Marsh and Creek Paddling Exploration
Paddle from Cayuga Lake State Park southward along the western shore of
Cayuga Lake and explore the Canoga Marsh. This trip includes a side trip up
Canoga Creek, a spring-fed tributary of Cayuga Lake. You will see waterfowl,
shorebirds, and possibly Bald Eagles, as well as the occasional beaver, muskrat,
otter or mink. Half day trip. Picnic lunch can be added. Fishing optional. $200 p/p
  • Cayuga Lake Frontenac Island Paddling Exploration
Launch canoes or kayaks from Frontenac Park and paddle to one of only two islands in the Finger Lakes, Frontenac Island.
Explore nearby bays and coves. The island was an important ceremonial place for ancient peoples, and was the site of important
archaeological explorations between 1925 through 1940, which you can read about
here. Half day trip. Picnic lunch can be added.
